We build and ship your gear with great care. Because our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and sometimes heavy or fragile, our shipping policies help ensure that your items arrive safely and that any issues are handled properly.

This section explains how shipping works, what to expect, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Full Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock (non-custom) items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom-built items ship after completion and full payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by material availability, workshop scheduling, or carrier issues.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL (international)

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately (especially for large cabinets).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit

Once an item leaves our workshop, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Packages stolen after delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

You must notify the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim.
We can assist by providing:

  • Photos

  • Packing details

  • Proof of value

  • Documentation needed by the carrier

But Ashen Amps cannot refund or replace items damaged by the carrier unless the carrier approves the claim.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for:

  • Items shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Items returned due to an undeliverable address

  • Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses

6. International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs delays

These fees are not included in product pricing.

7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is refused or unclaimed:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund

  • Custom items remain non-refundable

2. WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every Ashen amplifier, combo, and cabinet is built with care, and we want it to perform beautifully for years to come.

This warranty protects you against defects in workmanship or materials — but not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external conditions.

Full Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Ashen Amps warrants non-custom products against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 year from the delivery date.

This warranty applies to:

  • Amplifiers (APG series and similar stock units)

  • Ready-made cabinets (non-custom)

  • Electronics installed by Ashen

2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Incorrect voltage, incorrect cables, or power surges

  • Using incompatible speakers or cab loads

  • Overdriving speakers, blowing drivers

  • Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight

  • Cosmetic changes in natural wood or finish

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer modifications (electrical or cosmetic)

  • Damage during shipping

  • Products used for commercial rental or touring abuse

  • Issues caused by third-party gear

3. Warranty Service Process

To request service:

  1. Email ashenamps@gmail.com with photos and description

  2. We may request additional information

  3. Customer must ship the item to us for inspection

  4. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace it at our discretion

Customer pays shipping to our workshop unless otherwise agreed.

4. Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

5. Exclusions

No refunds are issued for warranty claims.
Warranty service is repair or replacement only.
